The removable double-sided adhesive tape offers two different sides in terms of adhesive strength : The covered side is extra strong (adhesives: acrylate + rubber, high adhesive strength 14.8 N/cm) – it provides a secure hold for all types of fastenings. The exposed side, which is bonded to the substrate , has a low adhesive strength (adhesive: acrylate, adhesive strength 1.48 N/cm) and can be removed without leaving any residue for at least two weeks.
A removable double-sided adhesive tape is particularly suitable for use as a laying tape on sensitive surfaces, for example for temporarily laying carpets or PVC coverings at trade fairs.
The removable double-sided adhesive tape offers several other advantages: The thin, adaptable film carrier ( thickness 0.15 mm without protective film) is easy to pull off the roll and can be repositioned. It is very durable, has high tear resistance ( up to 600% stretchable) and good temperature resistance ( up to 60°C). The highlight: the easily removable carrier, a transparent foil in yellow,, is extremely helpful when removing the tape: Forgotten adhesive tape is visible at a glance on the surface.
